Hanksville, 34,000 Acres of Public Hunting Land for Whitetail Deer, Mule Deer, Predator, Exotics – Hanksville, Utah

This 34,000 - acre hunting property is located in Hanksville County in Utah. This land is owned and managed by the Utah Fish & Wildlife Department. This WMA contains a unique variety of wildlife habitats including vernal seeps, beaver flowages, pools, a large wetland area and two ponds. Animals available for hunting include Deer, Squirrel, Ruffed grouse and Woodcock. There are three campgrounds on this land where camping can be done. Other activities that can be performed on this land are horseback riding and wildlife viewing. Hunters are not allowed to bring alcoholic drinks and drugs on this land. Lastly, a parking lot is available at this land for car parking.
