$10,000 Per hunter. 4 hunters total. Guerrero, Coahuila would be the closest town. I have good LTE cell coverage on most of the ranch. (Better than plenty of areas in Texas)

10,000 acres, nice accommodations, full electricity, good running water. Year round protein, seasonal cottonseed. Big mature deer with very minimal hunting pressure. 4 total hunters. ~1000 acres of irrigated center pivots. Covered parking, ice merchandiser setup to hang meat in. Nice skinning rack, with auto brake winches. Ranch is bordered by the Las Cuevas to the east, and the San Rafael/El Gato (Farm and Ranch Life) to the north, look them up on YT. All deer pictures/videos and other pictures at the ranch are uploaded to the box app in a shared folder that you will have access to. Lease fee includes: 1 trophy, 1 management (possibly additional culls), all feed (corn, protein, cottonseed, delivered to the ranch), gun permit and tags, feed labor, electricity. House is furnished, and air conditioned. With a Sentri pass you can cross back to the US in under 5 minutes from Mexico. Dedicated entry lane, no more waiting in line. Need two lease members.
