1030 Acre South Texas Hunting Lease,  Has camp house, good roads and senderos, good brush.

This is a managed lease.  Protein fed.  There is a camp house, however there is no water or electricity, there is a generator kept in a storage container for power.  It is 1030 acres of prime south texas brush country.  I currently has (3) 1000# protein feeders in place.  There are (5) corn feeders, (3) box blinds, and several tripods on the ranch.  This is considered a family lease and guest are allowed.  Trophy deer range from the 150’x to the 160’s.  There are several stock ponds that hold water year round.  This ranch was not hunted from 2011 to 2013.  It has been under management ever since.  There is plenty of deer, hogs and quail as well as doves. 

We are looking for two management minded hunters to fill two guns on a 4 gun lease.  Lease cost is $5,000.00 per gun.  Corn and protein is an additional cost, split up between all hunters.  Corn and protein feeders can be filled for you for an additional fee.
