This membership includes hunting, fishing, lodging, and general recreation on 2 properties with over 45,000 total acres, an on- staff wildlife biologist, annual game surveys, concierge/scheduling services, interactive digital property maps, and a liberal family/guest policy. Each membership allows for three trophy bucks to be harvested each year, management bucks, and doe are available to a members. Unlimited hog, migratory bird, predator, upland, and fishing. Two fully furnished lodges, campsite, and the ability to build your own cabin on property. Mexia, Texas is a family and business entertainment hub with exceptional lodging and year around recreational opportunity. Mexia also offers guided quail hunts for the member base and guests. Paducah is a BIG buck producer. All deer blinds, feeders, and flood plots are provided for both ranches. Satellite game cameras are on both ranches for live viewing of all feeder stations. This is an exclusive high end club with only 24 memberships. Membership is $25,000 a year for an individual and $30,000 for a coorporate membership. Annual term is April 1st- March 31st.
