2 leases within 50 minutes of Fort Worth, TX

There are 2 properties within 1/2 mile of each other. One is 100 acres and the other 250 acres. I will lease together or separate. I am looking for a total of 5 hunters for both properties at $2000 per gun. There is electricity and a potential camping site at the 100 acre location.
