2100 Acres in Maverick County

The lease is part of a 6500 acre ranch located SSE of Spofford, TX. We’ve had a trophy deer management and feeding program in place for seven years. The 2100 acres has seven feed pens with protein feeders and cotton seed feeders. There are six water tanks, two water catchment systems and one water trough on the 2100 acres.
