Sonora 3100 Acre high fenced trophy whitetail and exotics ranch

The lease is a 3100 acre year round lease in sutton county very close to sonora.  

All pastures have water and good roads. There are two stock tanks and numerous water troughs.There are thousands of oak trees. 

This a 6 member lease with 1 opening. All members have equal access to all hunting locations. All 10 hunting locations have a blind and feeder and are ready to hunt.  

We are continually doing bulldozer work maintaining roads. The ranch regularly produces 140’s-10 class bucks. Limited guests are allowed. dove and turkey hunting is great.

There are axis and blackbuck antelope. 

A very nice 4 bedroom residence is included. There is large entertainment room with cable. Outdoor bbq and campfire. A new walk in cooler and cleaning area. All electricity is included.

We feed 2000 lbs of corn a week!
