3,200 acre MLD 3 lease in Maverick County, Texas, need 3 spots

This is an annual lease south of spofford texas off the beaten path.  It has been game managed for the last 6 years when the owner completed the last 1/4th of the high fence on the east side.  We are looking for management oriented spots only.  Since this place is mdl3 we are required to harvest so many does and to take so many cull bucks each year.  There will only be a few trophy deer taken per year.  Any new spot will need to know how to age deer in order to join.  There’s a pavillion, skinning shed, covered parking with a walk in cooler.  Enjoy bass fishing in the off season along with hog, varmints, turkey, dove, quail, etc.  Whitetail deer are our primary game so we limit other hunting during the season and especially during the rut.  We have 10 or so double blinds and all the protein feeders and corn feeders are in place.  This price does not include expenses which fluctuate annually based on feed prices and whether the roads need to be fixed.  Please feel free to call with any questions.  I can email interested spots a .Kml of the lease to open in google earth.  I can also provide potential spots with a photobucket link with all of this years deer.
