3200 acres Pearsall/Dilley high fenced long term

3200 acre yearly lease in frio county 2000 acres is under high fence mld 3 managment.  With aprox 18 mature bucks to be taken in 2017 season and 40 doe.  We took a 217 last year and have many deer in the 150 to 170 range.  1200 acres are low fence on the leona river bottom and have produced very mature deer.
1 trophy buck, numerous doe, management bucks will be assigned on a lotto system.

Camp sight is a 4 bedroom 1 bath house, nothing fancy but has central air and heat and kitchen.  The kitchen and living area of the cabin will be available to everyone to cook and hang out.  The bedrooms will be on first come first serve reserve monday for the following weekend.  You can park an rv.

The ranch borders some grain fields for incredible dove shoots and we have great quail hunting after the rut or under reservation during the week. 

We have a walk in cooler and processing center, electricity is included.  There are blinds, feeders and protein feeders on the property.  You can bring and set up your own in approved locations.

We have a 120 acre pig trap with lots of pigs!!

We also have 25 black bucks and 40 axis.  The axis bucks are $2000 and the black bucks are $1200 and include a doe with each.

We have a 24/7 365 ranch forman that lives on the property.
