This lease is located in Pittsburg, OKLAHOMA and is 3300 acres. It is about 2 hours north of DFW. There is a modest 3 br / 1 ba lodge included. This is an awesome place to deer hunt. This place has extremely large deer with a 200 plus inch deer on the wall to show for it and another couple of 170 plus deer. The only people that have hunted are the previous landowner and his friends/family occassionally. It’s never been leased. It is a lot of rolling pasture land, but there are draws and surrounding timber where it’s loaded with deer. I have videos I can text to you with 200+ deer in one pasture at one time. The previous landowner used to load up a feed truck twice a week and dump feed just to watch the deer file out behind him. Comparing to Texas, it’s really hill country numbers with south Texas genetics. Waterfowl hunting is incredible. There are 50 plus bodies of water, majority stocked with fish, and it’s not uncommon to have 10-50 ducks on each pond per day. Again if you’re looking to hunt thick brush this isn’t for you. A lot of it is open, but when you see the deer that have been taken off the place and the videos of the numbers on this ranch it’s a special place.
