3,350 Acre South Texas Hunting Lease

We have been managing it since 1998. We have put up over 10 miles of high fence and still have approximately 5 miles of low fence. All of our problem neighbors have been fenced out.

We have an adult deer per approx. 25 acres. These acres are on mld level iii. In the past couple of years they have harvested 3 170s, 2 160s, 4 150s, and several 140s. We feed cottonseed and protein from feb. To sept. And just use corn during the hunting season (not included in the lease price).

The property has been setup as a commercial hunting ranch. Therefore, there are 14 feed stations with spin cast feeder, gravity feeders, and cottonseed feeders. We also have two large bins used for bulk feeding. We have several pastures and each of them have a man made ponds.

Some of the improvements include the lodge, which would come with the lease and it has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, dining room, kitchen, large entertainment area, and two porches. We also have a cleaning station, walk-in cooler, and shooting range.
