3600 Acre Archer County Lease

3600 acres with only 6 hunters. We have leased this ranch for 4 years.  A 146 b&c and a 136 b&c have been harvested in the last wo years. We require each hunter to feed protein from Jan. -Aug. We are seeing several bucks each day and we expect this year to be our best year since we began leasing. We have a trailer hookup available. The country is mesquite flats, bottom land,2 wheat fields, and heavy cover.  Cost is $20,000.00 per year divided by 6 hunters or $3,333.33 each. We have one opening only. No guest allowed during hunting season.  We have the use of ranch year round.
