437 Acres in Hamilton County - on a WMA with MLD Permits

Looking for 3 hunters for an annual lease at $2,500 per year per gun beginning immediately as the lease term end on the last day of February each year. The new hunters will be joining two others who have been on the lease for 10 years. The property is part of the state’s wildlife management program and we are issued MLD permits each year by the state. In addition to WTD, there are turkey and hogs. There is a camp area where power is available for a trailer and access to well water (non-potable) for cleaning animals and such.
