4649 Acre lease in Webb County

4649 acre lease located in eastern Webb County. It is located west of FM 2050 about 12 miles south of the intersection of 2050 and Highway 59.  We have been on this lease since 2002. Currently, we are looking for 1 or maybe 2 hunters to fill out our total of 8 hunters.
In general, the lease has two major sections.  The original ranch was 3300 acres and has our housing facilities on it. The north section is 1300 acres under one fence and was added to our lease about 6 years ago.
The entire ranch is MLD Level 3. Our season begins Oct.  1 and ends in late February. You have year round access to the property.
