During the 2024 deer season, this ranch was not hunted. MLD 3 and Year round feeding practices have been implemented. Nice quality hill country bucks, abundance of Rio Grande Turkey, and wild hogs are the available game to hunt. Some free range exotics are on the ranch but the black buck herd are not to be hunted. Lease includes feeders, blinds, and a rustic cabin. Electric and water for RV’s can be installed if needed. Trucks and UTV’s are allowed
