Want to manage a 4978 acre Established MLD lease

Looking for someone that wants to carry on this established MLD lease in East Texas. It’s in Colmesneil,Tx with rolling hills. Been managed well for 12 plus years and has some really nice bucks and plenty of deer. Already has 22 members this year that would need to be have membership till February 28th. But would be good a good idea to keep them on to help keep the place going and paid for. They are currently paying $2500/membership plus $350 for yearly minerals. There are sectioned off areas of 120 acres and currently 19 spots open. You run it the same way I did or do it your way. If you decide you want info on how I ran it supplements we used or any advice along the way- I can be available. I can give you lease rules and walk you through how I was running it. - I am asking $62,000 to voluntary transfer ownership of this lease. And will work with the company and you to get you set up as the signer, so you control the lease rights with all buildings. You would have access to except for two if you keep those members on. No water or electricity on the place.
- Also have a 5 acre camp up the road on Highway with water electricity 54’x24’ cabin with 12’x54’ being a covered porch, has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooom with washer and dryer, a full restroom w/tankless water heater at the end for public acces with a door off the porch. There is 17 RV spots with 30underground connections, no water or sewer to them. Has a 20’x30’ building on slab w/ 15’x20’ being covered w/ electric winch and lights. Would take $300,000 for this property. It has a clear title on it with no leans. If not interested no problem, just thought I would offer it up as well if someone wanted power/electrical.
