    -Good hunting area, I’ve seen hogs, turkey, white tail deer, javalines, quails, rattle snakes and lizards.
    -Hunting with out a valid Texas Hunting licensed and or the hunting of protected or endangered animals not permitted.
    -Tenant / Leasee will be allowed to hunt from the signing and paying of the lease until the end of Hunting season in
    January 2015 for all of the state of Texas and or Duval county permitted hunting seasons.
    -Tenant is responsible to find out when and what is legally allowed to hunt.

+Lease lasts until the end of hunting season in January 2015 for $3600.00

+Maximum of three hunters which names are to go on lease and no other hunters will be permitted.
