Family-Friendly East Texas Hunting Lease

Our annual hunting lease is built for families who want more than a place to hunt—they want a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable outdoor experience they can share. Membership covers your spouse and children under 18, as well as children up to 21 who are in college or serving in the military. We do not charge per gun, so your family can enjoy the property with you throughout the year. Located between the Angelina and Sabine National Forests and just north of Sam Rayburn, the property offers excellent access to East Texas hunting, fishing, and weekend recreation. The lease features a strong variety of terrain, including clear cuts, thick hardwoods, pine cover, ravines, large and small creeks, small tanks, main roads, off roads, logging roads, and ATV trails. This mix of habitat supports excellent white-tail deer hunting along with year-round hog and varmint opportunities. Game Management and Hunting Details
We are an MLD Level 3 lease with a long-standing focus on quality game management and trophy white-tail deer hunting. Harvest tags for bucks and does are supplied on the property, so members do not use their personal hunting tags while hunting here. A hunting license is still required.
• Extended deer season from the first weekend in October through the last weekend in January.
• Trophy bucks must meet a minimum age requirement of 5 1/2 years.
• No limit on approved culls after completing our cull identification class.
• Spikes must be 1 1/2 years of age or older.
• Year-round hog and varmint hunting, including bobcats, coyotes, coons, foxes, and rabbits.
• Spring turkey hunting is available, and squirrel hunting follows state guidelines. Comfortable Campground for the Whole Family
Our five-acre campground is one of the nicest in East Texas and is designed with comfort, safety, and family time in mind. The campground includes camera surveillance, deputy patrols, water and electricity campsites when available, and plenty of space to relax after a day in the woods. Cabins are available for families who do not have an RV or tent, making it easy to enjoy a full weekend at the lease. The cabins include air conditioning, heat, TVs, and comfortable private space. Larger cabins include private bathrooms with showers, sinks, and toilets, and members also have access to a private shower house and indoor restroom. Great Amenities After the Hunt
The campground includes a huge, covered pavilion with Wi-Fi and a 65-inch TV, making it a great gathering place for meals, cook-offs, football games, music, and evenings with family and friends. Hunters also have access to a covered skinning rack with winches, a stainless-steel cutting table, and running water to make processing game cleaner and more convenient.
