We are MLDP, harvest tags issued based on annual deer count, with Conservation Option which extends hunting season. Nice whitetail already due to long-term management, plus some axis, black buck, turkey, unlimited hogs, and more. Up to 8 hunters on the lease, guests allowed, family friendly. Two remodeled cabins on site with water and electric, A/C. Some blinds and feeders available. Lease is $6/acre plus lessees pay year-round protein feed and additional blinds/feeders, electricity, maintain water troughs. *Please note, potential cattle grazing, with shared water costs.
