We are looking for long-term lessees who will manage the deer herds according to TX Parks and Wildlife management guidelines, protein feed year-round and keep up water. We are MLDP, harvest tags issued according to numbers set from annual deer count. Up to 8 hunters on the lease, guests allowed. Members pay year-round protein feeding and blinds/feeders, utilities, maintain water troughs. Two remodeled cabins on site with water and electric, A/C.
