800 acers, 4 deer, unlimited pigs, one turkey near Doss Texas

I have one opening for a hunting lease near Doss, Texas which is only 2 hours from Dripping Springs. 800 acres, 4 existing blinds with feeders, rustic cabin for sleeping. Each hunter can take 4 Deer (1 buck of 8 points of more and 3 Does) unlimited hogs and one turkey. Hunting weekends Nov 5th-Dec 16th. This is a three-person max lease and our third had to drop out at the last min due to family issues. The price is $2,000. My friend and I easily achieved our limit last year.
