8400 acres

I have two maybe 3 spots open on our lease in Newton county. Immediate family welcome always and guest after Thanksgiving. Over 8,000 acres with only 24 members equals about 350+/- acres per member. Want families interested in growing and hunting mature deer and having a good time at camp. Feed protein February to September. 3rd year to have the place we are mld this year. We have some good folks on this place. Camp site without water and electricity We are gated. Roads are good. Plenty of folks to help new members. . We only took 10 deer last year culling.
$2,650 year round and $150 for camper spot. Each membership is aloud 1 mature buck 5 1/2 years old and 2 cull bucks 3 point to 7 point 3 1/2 years old and 1 mature doe. This is not the lease if it’s brown it’s down and a drunk lease , there is a lot of work that take place threw out the year on the place. . We have let a lot of good deer walk and let them grow.
