8500 Acre MLD Ranch- 650 acre Pasture- Evant, TX

I have a 650 acre pasture available in Evant, TX. It is part of a larger 8500 acre ranch on MLD permits.
Hunting begins first weekend of October and runs thru January 15. Then spring turkey season as well. This is deer, turkey and hogs only.

The pasture has water and electric available. Cost is $9,000 per year up to 5 hunters. 1/2 money due immediately and second payment due September 15.

The property has heavy cover. A small creek and one stock tank. A minimum of two gravity (24 hour hour availability) protein feeders are required from March1-September 30.

We are looking for management minded hunters willing to implement a sound management program and harvest necessary/recommended deer to improve deer quantity and quality. Hunters must be willing to follow ranch guidelines as well as making sound judgement on harvest guidelines. This ranch has good genetics but not an over abundance of deer. If you are looking to go in and kill 4 deer per hunter…this is not your ranch. Wanting a long term group of hunters.
