Annual hunting lease available on 3400 acres in the Vernon TX

Annual hunting lease available on 3400 acres in the Vernon, Texas area. It is a well maintained property split between different farms with accommodations and lodging available.
Currently we are looking for a total of 12 hunters and asking $3750 per person. This payment will be split into 2 annual payments.
Your payment includes corn, protein, and food plots that are provided. You’re able to hunt whitetail deer, turkey, quail, dove, ducks, hogs, coyotes, geese, and all varmints.
The dove hunting is fantastic and you can get into some great duck hunting on the river.
Whitetail deer population is very healthy due to our management program in place. We’ve harvested up to 160 class bucks. Trophy deer are considered 5 years or older or 9 points or better. All members are allowed one trophy, and one management/cull buck.
Guests are allowed, but only in the company of a member and have to hunt off that member’s tags.
This is a family friendly place, with a very friendly land owner. He puts a lot of time into the deer herd management and loves seeing people have fun.
