Annual Hunting Lease Bogata, Texas

Have a small tract of land, 75 acres that is located within a half mile of stout lake and less than 3/4 mile from the sulphur river. This tract is rectangular shaped and and has two areas of thick cover at each end that I believe could be hunted separately or we can set one person or a family up with a couple of spots, loaded with deer and hogs they have trails throughout the property. Hunters to the north, none I’m aware of going south toward the river. A local rancher has an easement to drive thru to his land but would not even be visible from stands. No on site facilities for camping but RV park in Bogata or you can get electric there I believe if you wanted.
