Archery Only Strictly Managed Lease - Jack Co.

Annual Archery Only Lease. Part of a 6000 acre strictly managed ranch. We are looking for 1 archery hunter who is interested in long term deer management. This is NOT a cheap lease. Lease fee plus expenses range between 5-6K per year. We are on a 365 day feed program and we don’t shoot many deer. We manage for 6. 5 yr old bucks. There are 9 total members and we share all hunting areas (community lease). No guests except for immediate family. This is a serious lease for serious archery hunters. We are on MLD harvest option which gives us an extended hunting season. Year-round access. No ATVs allowed except for work days. Camp site 12 miles from the lease with room availability in our mobile home. This is NOT a place where every member will harvest a deer every year.
