2500 acres in Cottle County. We have white tail and mule deer along with hogs, predators, Turkey, dove and quail. Lots of 4 wheel/side by side trails along with roads for trucks. We stay in trailers and use generators for electricity. Water is at the entrance of the ranch. We currently have 7 hunters and are looking to add 1 more gun. There is a large field that is planted by the farmer. We have been on this lease 20+ years. Lots of hills, valleys and wash outs. 7-10 shallow tanks on the property as well as a spring fed creek.
