Beautiful and Remote Hunting Lease

Family-friendly Annual North Texas Hunting Lease. This land has not been hunted in a decade, there are tons of deer and we need to cut back on the doe population. Lease features a variety of terrain, including clear cuts and thick woods, off roads, main roads and atv trails. Only responsible and competent hunters accepted. A hour and 45 minutes away from Dallas and a hour away from Fort Worth (traffic depending)
Trophy Bucks must be a minimum of 5 1/2 years. Spikes must be 1 1/2 years. Year round Hog, Varmit, Coyotes, Coons and rabbit hunting. Hunting lease has to be signed. Liability waivers have to be signed. Proof of Texas Hunting Lic required. Camper allowed to park on concrete pad. No electricity bring generator. Hunters may bring feeders and small blings. Max allowed with a 5 gun limit.
