Hunt Aoudads on this Beautiful, rolling, uninhabited 1,400 acres!

We have a 1,400 acre, contiguous lease available for $20 an acre. This lease has a wild herd of aoudads, unbelievable views, and is completely uninhabited which has allowed the wildlife to flourish. The terrain varies from high rocky hills to deep canyons and open fields. Lessee will have the opportunity to hunt wild aoudads which roam through the lease freely. White-tail deer, duck, turkey, hogs, and predators may also be harvested. There are several ponds which may be fished and duck hunted, many which are spring fed. We are asking a limit of 5-6 guns/tags on this lease to preserve and conserve it as much as possible, and allow the aoudad herd to flourish. Looking for a long term lease with serious, conservationist hunters.

There is one hunting camp on the property with electricity only. Lease will become available april 1, 2017.
