—One no water, no electricity. We tote in water and run generators. The yearly fee is $400
—the other camp is off the highway, it has water and electricity, shower with tankless hot water heater, toilet, sink. Has a covered skinning rack on slab, electric with and lights. 30amp connections for the rv spots, but we do not run water to or from campers. $750 year. Year goes from March 1st- February 28th
