Family-Friendly MLD III Deer Lease for Management-Minded Hunters

Family-friendly MLD III deer lease looking for 3 responsible, management-minded hunters for the upcoming season. This lease offers a long rifle season from the weekend closest to October 1st through February 28th, giving members about five months of rifle hunting opportunity. Members are allowed one mature buck, two cull bucks, and one doe. We use a shoot list to help mature quality bucks while removing cull bucks that do not fit our management goals. The lease is a good fit for hunters who want both meat-hunting opportunities and the chance to help grow better bucks over time. We are looking for members who will feed year-round, respect the property, communicate well, and take an active role in managing the herd. This can be a good fit for families, including youth hunters, as long as everyone follows the lease rules and shares the same management mindset. This is not a party lease, and dog hunting is not allowed. We are looking for respectful hunters who want a clean, well-managed place to hunt. Membership is $2,850. 00 per year.
