Gun & Bow Hunting Lease

Heavy wooded area with lots of water. Has not been hunted in 3 years. Blinds, feeders and 2000 pound protein feeder in place. Family is welcome to hunt (father, son, daughter). Family Hunting meaning… The hunter and one of his kids or grand kids are allowed to hunt. Property is in the Lone Grove area east of Llano approx. 8-10 miles out. There is 3 springs and a spring fed creek that runs thru it year around. We have an abundance of Turkey, Deer, Hogs and Coyotes. No exotics are on the ranch. This is a working ranch (cattle only). There is no cabin but there is rv connections. The lease is unique and it has limitations and it has options. Cost of the lease depends on the feeding programs. The cost for the lease is $2500 up to $3200 per paid hunter . Harvest list includes one mature buck or one cull buck and one dry doe, one turkey, hogs and predators are a bonus. This is a new property for me however the main ranch, the headquarters is within 15 miles of this ranch. I have hunters that been hunting for me for 30 years. I seek long term relationships with family oriented hunters. This is not a recreational lease, this is a hunting lease that has limitations. I grow deer and I seek only experience hunters. The Harvest List is set yearly, it can change in the following years . The change is based on weather conditions such as rain and forage.
