Paved access to entrance gates.  Both white-tail and mule deer, quail, dove, turkey and feral hogs. Border land between big ranch country and irrigated farmland. Lots of cover to open pastures. Never leased. Seldom hunted. We are looking to begin a long-term lease program. Possibly split quail from deer. Open to plans for developing food plots and adding stands.
