HISTORIC MATADOR RANCH DEER LEASE NOW AVAILABLE

This ranch has not been leased for hunting in 3 years. Contiguous pasture groupings are available in sizes of approximately 7600 acres to 8500 acres. A few individual pastures are also available in sizes ranging from approximately 1000 acres to 2700 acres. The ranch is located in Motley County between Paducah and Matador, Texas. This ranch has extremely great trophy potential and is a lease intended for dedicated trophy hunters. This is not a “fill your freezer” type lease. There are excellent water resources with prime habitat throughout and no overgrazing. No lodging is available onsite; no electricity; no water hook-ups; and no established camping site, however campsites are permissible with prior approval. This lease includes whitetails, mule deer, hogs, turkey & dove. The lease does not include aoudad and does not include quail. The lease is available to established groups only. We do not mix hunters or hunter groups. The lease cost is $6. 50 per acre, which includes cost of liability insurance as required by owner.
