This lease consists of two (2) separate pastures that do connect. They will not be separated and part of a much larger ranch. These pastures would have been leased long ago but I came down with my second bout of Covid and the aftermath really set me back. I am just recently able to travel in order to show those pastures. Given that these pastures have not been leased in seven years there should be an excellent age class structure. Lease cost includes liability insurance as required by owner. Lease term begins September 1st. And runs through the end of spring turkey season
