Looking to hunt hog on a regular basis not too far from my location

I’m looking to hunt hog not too far from where I live here in the lower south tx region. The more affordable the better. I’m not trying to break the bank. Hopefully no more than 100 dollars a day. I’m open to camping outdoors with no water or electricity on site. No more than 150 miles from Harlingen preferably. I would like to hunt on the same property regularly & establish a good relationship with the owner to ensure I & family hunt for years to come.
