McMullen County Trophy Lease

This is an annual whitetail trophy lease that I have been managing for 16 years. The previous lease manager had it for 40 years. This is a long term lease. We are interviewing for two trophy minded hunter to join our lease. Several hunter’s wives hunt here. Children are welcomed but must be supervised by the parents at all times. The lease is a total of 8600 acres under high fence and our lease is 5600 acres of it. The ranch provides 30 to 40 tons of protein each year for the ranch protein feeders. No bow hunting except of summertime hogs and javelins. There are RV hookups, water and electricity. The lease has produced 180+ B&C deer. We have great dove and quail hunting and lots of hogs too. Your membership will includes yourself, your spouse, children 18 years or under, and grandchildren 18 years and under.
