This lease has not been on the market for 30 years. 1500 beautiful hill country acres with many topographical changes. 1 hunters cabin with 2 bedrooms with bunkbeds. Cypress creek runs through the middle of the property and on the other end of the property are very high hills. If you are really into hunting, you will need to feed protein while the horns are growing in the Summer. The neighbors have limited hunting if at all. You are able to harvest 5 mature bucks. Mature means minimum 4 years old. All of the long spikes and hogs that you can see are available to hunt. Allowing a maximum of 6 hunters. No guest hunters. This is a working cattle ranch and the lessor runs his own cattle. Hunters can set up their deer stands and put out protein during the summer but the lease does not start until October 1 and will end when regular buck season ends.
