3 spots available for the 2017-18 season, looking for commited hunters for possible long term laese

550 acre lease near leakey/rio frio, great area abundant with lots whitetail deer, axis, aoudad, fallow, hog, turkey and other exotics.

This ranch was not hunted last year, starting a management program for the 2017-18 season, ranch has tons of potential for producing great trophy bucks.

4 hunters total (licensed hunters only), 1 hunter per paid lease, each paid lease includes: 1 trophy wt buck (tbd), 1 cull buck, 2 does, 1 axis buck and 2 aoudad any sex, all other exotics, 1 per species, no limit on predators or varmint or hogs (no hog trapping). The price is $3,200 per unter due at lease signing, no dogs allowed on the ranch,  no guest allowed, only immediate family.

There are 12 feeders and 8 blinds in place, each hunter is responsible for maintaining and stocking 3 feeders (at least 1 with protein), were planning on planting a year-round food plot this year

Lodging included, there are several campers on camp site with heat & a/c, common kitchen with covered patio, water, electricity bathroom and (hot) shower.
