One Hill country deer lease spot (no guest or kids allowed during hunting season)

Kendall county whitetail deer , some exotics. A total of 2 hunters on the lease with 1 opening presently, $2350. 00 per hunter which includes electricity, Bunk house for sleeping , and kitchen w/fridge and stove. Hunter must supply deer stand and feeder. Each hunter may take (1)  Whitetail buck (8 point or better; (1) spike buck with long spikes 2 1/2 old or older, (1) axis deer (2) whitetail does, Turkeys per TPWD limits. Hunting only allowed during the general deer season, but hunters are allowed year round for access to ranch to fill feeders.  (no bow, turkey or dove hunting hunting allowed). Price of lease broken down into 2 payments. 50% due in February to secure lease for following year. No refunds. No subleasing. ONLY PAID HUNTERS ALLOWED DURING THE GENERAL DEER SEASON.
