South Texas Deer Hunting

South Texas Trophy Lease between La Pryor and Crystal City. 6K acres ranch with year round access, 5 tanks, multiple water troughs, and river frontage. Looking for experienced management minded hunters who can pass on 150/160+ bucks less than 6 years of age. Hunters have an assigned area(s) and supply own blinds, feed, and camper/lodging. Protein feeding (pellets or cottonseed) is required in offseason. Camp has electrical and water hookups, modest cement hanging/cleaning station and walk-in cooler. Management and lease rules defined in annual lease agreement. Drinking and hunting is not tolerated; excessive drinking and disruptive behavior in camp is not tolerated. Currently have 2 openings; $7,820 per gun/hunter.
