South Texas Trophy Deer Lease 3050 Acres

South Texas Trophy Buck ranch (3050 acres) been under intensive management for several decades. Lease price includes all deer feed, corn, cottonseed and protein (last year fed 67 tons protein, 22 tons cottonseed and 23 tons corn). The property is surrounded by big ranches and has deer proof fencing on three sides and the fourth side is owned by the same owner and is under the same management program. All blinds, feeders are on the property as well as 4 work vehicles, feed trailer, silos for corn and protein, walk in cooler. Accommodations are bunk style beds in two mobile homes with central air/heat, Dish TV. The property has three earthen ponds and wildlife watering stations at 1/2 mile intervals connected via a water pipeline distribution system. Only 7-8 year old bucks are harvested. Many trophy bucks are on the property. Most mature bucks live weights are 220 to 240 pounds. The $8400 lease price includes deer feed and electricity. Most hunters have been on the property for many years. Currently we only have one opening.
