We’re offering a seasonal deer lease on our 2200-acre hunting and cattle ranch, located in beautiful Dripping Springs, TX. This lease runs from September 28 to January 16 and is ideal for a family-oriented group of 5 who values responsible hunting and quality time outdoors. Important Note: We are not interested in leasing to groups who prioritize drinking. We’re looking for respectful, self-sufficient hunters who share our values of stewardship and family tradition. Our ranch has been in operation since 1947 and has been managed by a professional wildlife biologist for the past 28 years. The land consistently produces deer in the 130–150 class range. The lease includes:
• 15 year-round maintained feeders
• A fully outfitted house that sleeps 7–8
• Full tags for each hunter

We’re leasing the land so that we can enjoy the holidays with our own family, and we’re seeking a group who can hunt respectfully and independently during the season.
