Turkey hunt Texas hill country

We are looking to sell one weekend (Fri thru Sunday)Rio grande turkey hunt on a 10k ranch we have leased. We are only doing one hunt to pay for some ranch maintenance and insurance. We would like to have 8 to 10 hunters.  $800 a hunter ( 1 bird. Additional bird for 300)  Would prefer one group of people or maybe 2 groups of 4 or 5. The ranch is in Burnet County Texas, has live water,  and tons of birds. The current hunters aren’t interested in turkey hunting so the birds should have minimal pressure. We will include hog and varmint hunting. There is a large cabin with bunks,  showers and bathrooms. We will provide a meal for Friday and Saturday evenings. Not looking to guide but can definitely point you in the right direction. The weekend we are available to host would be April 23rd, 24th, 25th.
