Villa Nueve Hunting Club

An annual 4406 acre MLD high fence lease located in Zapata County, Texas. Looking to fill three spots with very experienced, management first hunters. Deer management is our priority. Our membership is capped at eight hunters. Must be able to age and score bucks on the hoof. We are a family lease, kids and wives welcome, and guests are welcome as well. Feed protein and cottonseed during the offseason. We have just signed our second five year lease. Have a camphouse with full kitchen, nice living room with satellite TV, shower, toilet, and nine beds in the bedroom. There are spaces for RV’s as well.
