Lease fee is 13930. In addition, we split the cost of protein, cottonseed, shredding, camp amenities etc. This usually runs about 3K per member. Excellent lodging and camp facilities. (Central air/heat Directv, washer/dryer). Blinds and corn feeders are in place for all to use. 17 feed stations each with protein and cottonseed. Very little oilfield activity. No easements. Fishing and duck hunting. Very good quail and dove country. Guest and family friendly. Year round access and long term lease. 10 hunters total.
