West Texas Hunting Lease Leased

1 opening on 900 acre lease in Runnels County. Have hunted this ranch for 23 years and kept this 900 acres when I retired.  The ranch has a total of 4000 acres. This 900 has elevation and is covered in oak trees. 2 windmills and several tanks that usually have water when it rains, There are 2 wheat fields and there is a box stand and feeders at the sight that is open. These you may use or bring in your own. Cabin with kitchen,bath and bunk beds with a/c and heat, tv ,wireless internet service along with camping site for camper.  Have kept feeders going all year and have managed the deer herds by not over shooting. Each hunter is allowed 1 8 point or better mature buck along with does and hogs turkeys and varments. Looking for experienced hunter that enjoys hunting and helping to maintain a good deer herd.
