200 acres, lots of cover, plum thickets, sage brush, shin oak, trees, rolling hills, surrounded by fields with cover and trees close to wheat patches. Attached to 160 acres of primarily lovegrass that has been leased for 3 years. Deer photos are theirs. Hogs in the area that seem to pass through, dove, quail, turkey, geese, bobcat, mountain lion, and plenty of coyotes. Whitetail are plentiful. The 12 to 14 point shown in the night camera has not been caught yet, but there are plenty of others as well. Would prefer yearly lease but considering opening a weekend hunt scenario if we can’t get an annual in place.
