World class duck hunting lease

I’m looking for a hunter to fill an opening in a 3 gun lease in Red River County in Shawnee Creek Ranch highland area. We have multiple ponds with blinds and a small wooden cabin with ac and heat. Price is $5,000 per gun. You won’t find a better place to duck hunt in Texas. You can deer and hog hunt too as long as another leasee isn’t duck hunting that day. Onsite water and electric. You can bring up to 2 of your kids (no one else’s kids) or 1 adult hunting guest with you. Thank you,
