Well-maintained 143-acre low-fence South Texas ranch available for the 2026–27 hunting season. Lease is limited to only two paying hunters, providing a low-pressure hunting experience on a private tract.

The property has been hunted by only two long-term, trusted lease holders for the past 11 years, with many improvements and updates to the hunting facilities made during that time with their help.

Hunters will be responsible for maintaining and filling the feeders at own expense during the hunting season and while exercising their lease privileges.

LEASE PRICE

$3,500 per hunter — 2 hunters maximum ($7,000 total).

Price is negotiable for qualified hunters.

A valid Texas hunting license and government-issued identification will be required. Qualified applicants will be subject to a background check with the applicant’s authorization.

The landowner will retain certain reserved rights to the property, which will be clearly identified in the hunting lease agreement and provided to prospective hunters for review before signing.
