Zapata County Hunting Lease - 145 Acres

Well taken care of 145 acre ranch up for season lease.  Only hunted by mainly two and sometimes three family members for the last 25 years!  Many high quality bucks over the years, with one winning the Muy Grande deer contest in my nieces age and class dvision a few years ago.
Electricity and water well on the ranch, as well as a pond. 
$2,500 per gun with 2 hunters, or $2,000 per gun with 3 hunters.
