Hempstead, 128 Acres of Public Hunting Land for Mule Deer, Turkey, Quail, Duck – Hempstead, Arkansas

An area of 128 acres provides small and large game hunting opportunities. A great number of rabbits are available for hunting at the region. The WMA also provides deer, squirrel, waterfowl, turkey, and quail for hunting. Blevins Wildlife Management Area is located in Hempstead County. Bird dogs are allowed in the territory except in the time of firearms deer hunt. The nearest location Crater of Diamonds State Park provides a campsite for camping. The region is situated 4 miles northeast of the Blevins off Hwy. 29 on County Rd. 51.
